International Shipping Policy

We highly recommend that all international customers please read our International Shipping Policy and International Refunds and Returns before placing an order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

All international orders will be shipped via Taiwan Post Office or SF Express International. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Duties and Taxes

olico, www.olico.com.tw, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns and Cancellations

Dues to the hygine issue, return and cancel will not be accepted. If you receive a defective product, please contact olico@olico.com.tw within 7 days of receipt of the products.
